eBay Radio 'Answers the Call' From Listeners for
2006 February 6th 2006 -- As a matter of popular demand, eBay Radio, produced by San Diego-based wsRadio.com, has announced extended programming for their brand new "Ask Griff" call-in only weekend show. The program launched in November 2005 and the overwhelming response from the eBay community has prompted wsRadio to increase the show by another hour during its broadcast time. Starting on February 12th, 2006, it will air every Sunday from 3-5 p.m. PST.
"You've got the Griff!" proclaims radio host, Jim Griffith during his new "Ask Griff" show. Griff is the original Customer Service Representative for eBay, Dean of eBay Education and author of the official "eBay Bible". As an eBay buyer and seller himself, he is considered one of its foremost experts. The eBay Radio Tuesday show, also hosted by Griff, will add a third hour by April as well. wsRadio Program Director and VP of Network Programming, Lee Mirabal also sees potential for eBay Radio to be offered on traditional syndicated radio, or, as she now likes to refer to it "Offline Radio."
Chris Murch, President of wsRadio and an eBay PowerSeller himself, says, "The eBay Radio audience is a superior online audience that is helping make eBay selling a full time business." Many listeners, including Murch himself, credit eBay Radio with helping them become eBay PowerSellers.
Jack Warren, General Sales Manager of wsRadio says, "One reason for the expansion of eBay Radio is that advertising is nearly sold out for the new 'Ask Griff' show. Several new advertisers are expressing interest to get in front of the eBay Radio audience." As with all wsRadio.com shows, eBay Radio programs are broadcast live via the Internet, and are archived for listening on demand by topic or date, everyday. Podcasting and RSS feeds are also available.
The producer of eBay Radio, wsRadio.com is a leading Internet talk radio network headquartered in San Diego, California. The network also produces Entrepreneur Radio for Entrepreneur Magazine, as well as Hay House Radio, featuring world-renowned authors from Hay House Publications, and the American Marketing Association's "Marketing Matters Live" program, among other clientele.
