Clear Channel Expands HD Lineup to 300 Radio Stations

July 27, 2006 - Clear Channel Radio has announced that it is now offering HD digital radio broadcasts on 300 of its radio stations across the country. The company is committed to the aggressive roll out of HD digital radio, having increased the number of its stations by 50% over the past nine months.

300 stations are currently airing and HD digital radio broadcasts will air on 95% of Clear Channel Radio stations in the top 100 markets by the end of 2007. The service will be available on all Clear Channel Radio stations throughout the U.S. when listening with an HD digital radio receiver.
